CHRISTIANS ONLY: Would it be sinful?

As Protestants usually do, you quoted only half the commandment. It reads ... "You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down before them and worship them". The commandment is forbidding idolatry, not statuary! Unless you plan on worshipping this statuette, thereby making it an idol, there is absolutely no problem.
