Could anyone suggest project for me as per the following requirements?

I would think that with your interests working on the design of a wind tunnel - perhaps a high speed wind tunnel with heating effects might be more in line than making a radio controlled airplane which these days is just an extension of hobby plane building with more expensive communications capability.
