My family 911 question about postpartum depression and drug addiction?

what she needs is inpatient rehab where they will also deal with her depression issues and maybe an appt at the local mental health if she could request rehab from the judge it would be better than prison and court ordered so she'd have to do it.or if shes involved with cps the rehab could be a stipulation b-4 she sees or gets her kids back
