What are some good songs or bands for my mp3?

I like 90s alternative rock, not too heavy..i like blue foundation ,the toadies, some scene bands ,flyleaf, etc. NO country PLEASE and no miley cyrus, heavy metal, or happy techno ,..thanx..=)
