Black Lady sings just like the one on Pink Floyd's album dark side of the moon the screaming soulful voice..

If you remember back to the Dark Side of the Moon,,,,there is a song where this Black Lady belts her lungs out almost screaming ... well recently last year on FOX (tv channel) for promos of i trhink "Smallville" or something there is a voice singing just like that lady did on the 1971 Album but this is more modern. Was wondering what song it was and who she was. thanks
