How are the engineer companies that belong to the 2nd id?

im trying to find out how is the morale and how soldiers are treated in the engineer companies that belong to the 2nd ID(2/2 562nd,3/2 18th,4/2 38th) i belong to the 555th eng bde at this moment and i am a 21E.no one seems to be able to give me info,not even our ret. nco's.i would also loike to know if the 21E get to do 21B work.it would really help me if someone could get me some info, i would like to transfer somewhere else here on ft lewis
