Purdue University Students, Alumni, Admissions?

I am thinking about transferring to Purdue in West Lafayette this upcoming semester as a sopre Aerospace Engineering student. I'm in NROTC and my current GPA is a 3.0. I've got a number of extracurricular activities and community service hours. What are my chances of getting admitted as a transfer student? Feel free to be completely honest and tell me what you think. Thank you in advance.
