Is it legal to fill my car with rotting fish?

I have never heard of an ordinance that dictates how your car can smell. Commercial vehicles and emissions, yes, but NOT a car. Tomorrows gonna be 107 here in Phoenix, I love expired fish (very few people know it ages like wine), and I'm going on a long road trip. So from ceiling to rusty floorboard Im gonna stuff the old Pinto here with all the expired fish I can haul. With just enough room for little ol me. Well, I'm not really little. That's just an expression. I'm actually 450lbs., hairyvery, and haven't showered in months.
