Do you think Kill Bill Vol. 3 will be any good?

From what I understand Tarantino has a date set for 2014...which is still a few years away...but he said he was going to base it off of the little girl in the first one who witnessed The Bride kill her mother. I love those movies - but I can't help but to think it won't be up to par. Bill is dead!
