Do I write this in my resume?

I am applying for work-study positions. I looked at the job listings and they have a description and requirements. For example, it might say "some familiarity with Mac and PC". Do I write this on my resume if it applies? I don't want to just copy what it says, but I don't want it to seem like I don't have that particular skill/knowledge when I do.
