Can someone help me please with this maths problem?

Build Your Own Shopping Mall You have inherited a parcel of land that is five acres in size, and had been used as a farm. The farms have been closing, and more people need good that they cannot find in the area. You decide to use your knowledge of algebra, geometry, and trigonometric functions to develop a shopping mall. You need a business plan and how to market your project to get financial sponsor. You will need financing, and help with planning the design. Your project is to develop the business plan to execute this project. Decide on an approach. Research business and marketing plans, then use your mathematics knowledge and skills to bring this plan to fruition. The more detailed your plan in design, costs, population served, the more likely your plan will get financed. The population in this area is 250,000 people, and there are an additional two million people within one hour drive away (50 mile radius). You want to attract at least two anchor department stores, and other well-known businesses. You also need to consider the community that still has a number of working farms, to meet the needs of the people in the area. Part I: Plan Develop a plan to meet the needs of the people and the needs of the companies you want in your mall. It needs to produce money for the businesses, in order to produce income for you. Consider the cost of development, as well as the return on investment. How long will it take to start producing income? Develop a timeline for your project. Part II Develop a scaled drawing of your mall, outdoor areas, parking facilities. You have a lot of room; decide how to use it and make it welcoming. Use a scale of 20 feet = ½ inch. Part III Develop the business plan prospectus to give to possible investors in your mall. You will need to make a presentation of your plan to this group. Think about the impact the mall will have on the community and highlight “Talking Points” such as its ability to provide jobs. You might try to determine how many jobs will become available. Consider the following positions: store or site managers, salespeople, custodians, cooks (the patrons will have to eat!)
