Can i afford to go to uni?? if my parents cant pay?

First, get your FAFSA's filled out. Applying for financial aid does wonders! Next, apply for scholarships--any and all that you're eligible for. Some scholarships + financial aid can pay for your entire tuition and you won't have to worry about a thing. I don't think it'll be too bad.. you usually get full scholarships if your grades are good and if your tuition isn't that much.. but even if it is your financial aid may make it up..
