Is 13000 SR plus accommodation enough to live in Riyadh, KSA?

ya it's more than enough, and ur saving will vary if you'll have a family here or not, as a single ur daily expensis (groceries, dine out and billing) should not exceed 1500 SR/month, if you have a family expensis will double up. if u'll have a child here in a private school u should have a budget for that also.
